1.2.1   What kinds of Business / Personal information do we collect and hold?

We collect and hold:

  1. Personal information means any information related to your company/business name, registration number, office address, telephone numbers and email address; or your Personal information in case you are sole proprietor or owner of the company/business by which you may be identified directly or indirectly, whether on its own or in combination with other information, whether true or not, and which is submitted to and/or collected by us in an accessible form.
  2. Your company VAT number or National Tax Number.

2.Contractual

If you engage CartRight.pk for the collection of Competitive Data to meet your specific business requirements, CartRight.pk would be delighted to enter into contractual arrangements which may require us that your business critical data to be processed at least to a standard compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998.

CartRight.pk undertakes your data privacy seriously and takes every reasonable precaution to safeguard any information that you supply to it. The information that CartRight.pk collects on your behalf and any data that you provide to help CartRight.pk collect data on your behalf is safeguarded under the terms of relevant rules and regulations of Data Protection

Data Protection

CartRight.pk always undertakes to exercise appropriate security and other measures to prevent unauthorized access, accidental or unauthorized alterations, disclosure, destruction or loss of clients’ data.

CarRight.pk does not transfer any clients’ data outside of its own business premises without the Client’s prior written consent.

CartRight.pk has ensured that good systems, procedures and policies are put together to reduce any chance of data protection breach. At CartRight.pk data is protected through the following in-house data storage security practices:

  • Controlled user’s access levels so that only people who need access to that data can view and edit it.
  • Strict control on release of data to the wrong people.
  • Strict control on running a security check on credentials before talking to customers about their accounts or data
  • Practice of pre-cautions when copying or transferring data
  • All data is strictly encrypted before sending it outside its business
  • Important data is never stored where it can be easily stolen or lost For example, no unauthorized member of staff is allowed to store any confidential information on their laptops.

CartRight.pk has successfully managed to create a culture of responsibility to ensure strong business data protection through a continuous practice of training and providing guidance to all the staff so they fully understand why data protection rules matter.

3.Proprietary

The Intellectual Property Rights of the Input Material always belongs to the Client and property therein shall never in any circumstances transfer to CartRight.pk. The Intellectual Property Rights and all other rights in the Deliverables always belong to the Client.

CarRight.pk, on the written demand of the Client, will immediately return or, if so required, destroy all copies of all data, specifications and other material constituting the Intellectual Property Rights belonging to the Client. CartRight.pk always takes all such steps as the Clients may deem necessary in order to satisfy them.

Confidentiality
  • CartRight.pk always keeps strictly confidential any and all information relating to the affairs or business or method of carrying on business of the Client furnished to it or to its affiliates, agents or representatives
  • CartRight.pk always instructs its officers, employees and other representatives having access to the confidential information of its obligation of confidentiality.
  • CartRight.pk always uses the Confidential Information solely for the purposes of the proper performance of its obligations.
  • CartRight.pk never uses the confidential Information, directly or indirectly, with a view to procuring a commercial advantage over the Client or to enter into any business activity competitive to the Client.

CartRight.pk goes to a wide range of trusted household names for all the consumers’ products price comparison.

If you’re looking for products such as a mobiles, tablets, laptops & accessories, men/women fashion ware, personal & health devices, home & kitchen appliances, TV & entertainment devices, cameras & accessories, beauty, sports and fitness and many more, we’ll show you a list of providers who we maintain commercial relationships with. However, we don’t have a commercial partnership with any provider in the market. So, we’ll also show you as much of the rest of the market suppliers of other products as we can.

4.COOKIES POLICY
